Terms of Service

THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement by and between GHOSTDEV, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Sydney, Australia.(“Ghostdev”) and the client, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“Client”), with regard to access and use of Ghostdev’s website: https://www.ghostdev.co/ (the “Website”) and any other media form, channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked or otherwise connected thereto. Failure to agree and adhere to all of the terms, conditions, and obligations contained herein results in the express prohibition of the Client’s use of the Website, and the Client is ordered to discontinue use immediately. Thereafter the relationship between Client and Ghostdev shall cease and be of no further force and effect between the parties, except that any obligation of Client to pay Ghostdev for services rendered shall remain and continue to be an ongoing obligation owed by Client to Ghostdev.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by Ghostdev ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Services
Ghostdev offers design and development services through a subscription-based model. These services include, but are not limited to, unlimited design and development requests while completing them one at a time, quick turnaround times, and access to a team of designers and developers.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments
Clients are required to choose a subscription plan based on their needs. Payments will be processed according to the chosen plan. Ghostdev reserves the right to modify subscription plans and pricing with notice.


4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for design and development requests. Ghostdev is not liable for delays or issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, developments, and content created by Ghostdev remain the intellectual property of Ghostdev until the client's subscription is terminated. Upon termination, clients have the right to use the delivered materials.

6. Confidentiality
Ghostdev agrees not to disclose any confidential information provided by the client during the subscription period. Clients are also expected to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by Ghostdev.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with a written notice. Upon termination, the client will retain the rights to previously delivered materials, and Ghostdev will cease providing services. Client also will NOT receive any refunds or partial refunds under any circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability
Ghostdev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the client.

9. Refunds Policy
Under no circumstances will Ghostdev issue refunds or partial refunds in a monetary form to clients. Ghostdev may however give clients extra days / weeks of a subscription.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, NSW.

11. Changes to Terms
Ghostdev reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
